Commander of a Klingon ship that patrolled the Federation border, near Relay Station 47.
Morag was fond of flying close to the station every few days, harassing the station’s crew, once even locking his disruptors on to the station.
Morag was found innocent in an incident in 2369 at Relay Station 47 in which Lieutenant Aquiel Uhnari and Lieutenant Keith Rocha were believed to have been murdered, but was found to have stolen Starfleet data from that station. (Aquiel [TNG])
